"Snow falling on a jade green pond" - a beautifully poetic name for a fine green tea from the spring harvest in the Ze Rong region of Fujian. The tea was scented with the finest autumn jasmine in a high ratio of 5:1 (5kg of jasmine flowers were used for 1kg of tea).
Jasmine flowers are also abundantly present in the tea itself (although they do not add any more aroma - they are aesthetically pleasing and give meaning to the poetic name of the tea).
The tea has a distinctly jasmine-sweet, silky-fruity flavour with a rich aroma that lasts for many infusions.

Koláč zeleného (raw) pueru z výroby podniku Song Pin. Sesbírán z přibližně 100 letých čajovníkových stromů (xiao shu).
Ve vůni se snoubí čtyři profily - byliny, dřevo, ovoce a květiny, jejichž poměr se postupně proměňuje s každým nálevem.
Chuť už ztratila klasickou puerovou čerstvost, naproti tomu už se vyvinula výrazná sladkost, která je doplněná stále ještě citelnou hořkostí a kyselostí. Ty se v průběhu let budou stále přeměňovat na sladkost a kulatost. Nálev je plný, středně lehký, s lehkou ovocností a dřevitostí. Čaj vydržel 12 nálevů, takže je vhodný k celodennímu popíjení.

Very finely ground Chinese matcha green tea from gardens in the Fu Ding area (known mainly for white teas). Tea can be used both in the Japanese tea ceremony of chanoju and for informal home preparation or for various culinary purposes.
Only the highest quality green tea leaves are used for production, which are slowly ground in stone mills after drying. With the help of gentle processing, the tea retains all the healthy substances contained and a very fresh aroma and taste.
