Samotný čaj má přitom jednu z nejúžasnějších vůní které mohou čaje typu Dan Cong nabídnout - delikátně pečenou a bohatou zároveň. Chuť je plná, okouzlující, hladká a velmi nasládlá s komplexními květinovými tóny a dlouho doznívajícím aftertastem.
Čaj pochází z výběrové menší produkce z vyšších poloh Wu Dong Shan. Kompletně ruční zpracování je samozřejmostí, stejně jako pečlivé tradiční pečení – velmi zásadní krok při zpracování oolongů, který si žádá hodně umu a zkušeností.
Wu Dong Tong Tian Xiang
Tong Tian Xiang, také známý jako Vůně zázvorového květu, je vysazen v hoře Fenghuang ve městě Chaozhou v provincii Guangdong. Když se tento čaj uvaří, místnost se naplní intenzivní čajovou vůní, která stoupá k nebi, odtud název Tong Tian Xiang (Tian = nebe). Suchý čaj Tong Tian Xiang má silné a mírně podlouhle stočené listy , tmavě hnědou a olejovou barvu, plné a vícevrstvé aroma. Nálev je zlatavý a jasný, lehce kořeněný s květy zázvoru a plné, intenzivní květinové vůně. Čaj bez problémů vydrží přes 12 nálevů.

Bi Luo Chun Ji Pin

Fu Ding Matcha

Our Shi Feng has all these qualities in abundance. To better enjoy not only the taste, but also the look of this famous tea, we recommend using a glass teapot or tall glass to prepare it. The tea is watered with water around 80-85 ° C. Tea should be handled with care, it is better to prepare it softer to maintain its delicate rich aroma.
Long Jing Xi Hu
"Dragon Well from West Lake". Lake 'Xi Hu' is located near Hangzhou in eastern China. The monastery plantations around it were known from the time of the Classical Book of Tea by Lu Yüe (758 AD).
Lung Ching belongs to spring teas and the best collection comes from the same period. The process of sorting, drying and roasting should be followed exactly for the production of real Lung Ching. The tea has flat leaves, a strong aroma and is sweet and beautifully fragrant in the infusion.
Gao Shan Superior
