Yunnan Zao Chun 2021
"Early Spring" - Fresh aromatic green tea from higher parts around Ying Pan Shan (1100 m above sea level) from the early harvest. Nice even leaf with a higher proportion of silvery hairy tips. This year processed from finer younger leaves with more tips thanks to a very early harvest.
Leaf fresh aroma with a hint of fruit, infusion of sparkling yellow-green color of fresh delicate fruit taste with a typical hint of chestnut flowers. Aftertaste in other infusions is pleasantly sweet and the fruity taste stands out.
Hua Cha White King
"White King"-Jasmine tea is produced in many provinces in China and is very popular (especially in the north of the country). The tea can be dried with jasmine and its odor can be absorbed, or the jasmine can be added directly to the tea. In this way, the tea acquires the aroma of jasmine, but still retains its original taste. Jasmine tea is light and pleasant. "White King" itself is a relatively high-quality green tea with rich fluff, but the addition of jasmine further improves its quality.
The white king we provide is mixed with fresh autumn jasmine in a ratio of 4:1 (gradually use 4 kg of jasmine per 1 kg of tea).
Ba Xian Xiang
"Eight Immortals"-It is said that in this tea you can find up to eight different aromas, namely eight aromas. But everyone usually feels only one or two more tones than others. The aroma of this tea is thinner, more permeable, and also has a rich sweetness. The aroma of fruits is reminiscent of apples, a little orchid, and many other fruits...
Holly (Ku ding)
Big-leaf holly (ku ding) is one of many holly trees (Paraguay, sharp-leaved, serrated, canary, precise, round, Altacraren, blue). It is an evergreen tree with a height of 20m. The leaves are green and uneven. The fruit is red and spherical. It has an anti-inflammatory, calming liver. It lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
Yunnan Bai Mu Dan
'White Peony' - a sign of high quality is the natural shape of the leaves, the deep, glossy grey-green colour and the high proportion of 'bai hao' - white hairs from the tips.
The colour of the infusion is yellowish-amber, the aroma is floral. The flavour is smooth and at the same time full-bodied and round. Aftertaste is long and pleasantly sweet. The tea only needs to be steeped for a short time, it lasts for many infusions.
Chun Mei Special
Chun Mee - "Rare eyebrows". Small to medium-sized leaves are slightly rolled into the shape of arches resembling eyebrows.
The color of the dry leaf is gray-green, the infusion is yellow and the taste is pronounced with sweet tones, it suffers during longer leaching. One of the basic green teas for everyday life.
Bada 2017 Gushu Bing Cha 100g
A green (sheng) pu-erh cake pressed from the leaves of wild old tea trees. A mixture of maocha from trees aged 150 and over from the wider Ba Da mountain region. Carefully selected trees harvested only once a year in the spring.
Relatively strong and refreshing, clean taste with pleasant tones. At the end with a distinctly sweet taste which gradually deepens and develops. Bada teas are often compared to Bulang teas, only they have a thinner, fresh taste and a unique aroma.
The tea has great strength, lasts many infusions (you can boldly enjoy it throughout the day) and has great potential for further maturation. Excellent now but in 5-10 years (and later) it will still be more delicious and better!
Song Luo
Traditionally processed green tea directly from the famous Song Luo mountain in its higher elevations. The dark green even leaf curled into fine looser balls gives off a slightly smoked pleasant aroma. The color of the infusion is yellowish sparkling and completely transparent. The taste of the tea is very full, only lightly and very pleasantly smoked and yet very fresh and light as a breeze.
Gunpowder
Gunpowder in the West, Zhu Cha (pearl tea) in China. It is an important export item, although it is not very popular in China itself. It is popular in the West due to its shape - the leaves are wrapped in small granules, which makes more tea reminiscent of gunpowder. Thanks to this, this tea is resistant to aging and absorption of odors (it is better transported). The infusion is yellow-green in color, tastes very strong and quite bitter, but contains a lot of healthy nutrients as well as other green teas, including tea polyphenols, zinc, flavonoids and fluoride. It is interesting in combination with mint and a lot of sugar - a drink known as "Le Tuareg".
