A smaller, even leaf with a noticeable proportion of golden tips gives off a malty, spicy aroma, after pouring, stronger chocolate tones with a touch of honey come to the fore. The tea is full and sweet chocolate flavor with hints of exotic spices.
Tan Yang Jin Hao
"Golden Hair of Tan Yang" - This beautiful red tea has long been famous and popular in China, as is the small village of Tan Yang in the Fu'an area, Fu Tian Province, where the tea comes from.
The area is famous for the production of quality red teas. The small leaf is dark, shiny in the dry state and smells sweet chocolate. The taste is sweet, slightly spicy with a pleasant aftertaste.
Bai Xue Long
"White Snow Dragon" - a beautifully processed white tea with an intensely sweet herbal aroma. The yellowish, sparkling infusion smells complexly of fruit and herbs. The taste is strong, sweet, without a trace of astringency.
It is one of the few newly produced white teas, which thanks to its high quality soon gained popularity not only in China but also in other countries.
Bi Luo Chun
"Emerald Spring Spirals ". A very fine tea that should be collected in early spring, as soon as the first tender leaves appear, in which the content of amino acids and tea phenols is the greatest. The tea must be processed the same day it was harvested. The whole process (plucking, drying and rolling) must be completed by night.
Bi Luo Chun has seven classes of varying quality - the lower the class, the bigger the leaves collected and vice versa. For high grades, the drying temperature used is lower and the handling of the sheet more careful. The aroma of dry tea is indescribable, almost honey-like, the leaves are twisted into miniature, richly fluffy spirals, the infusion has a soft emerald color with a heavier, full, yet very fresh taste.

Meng Ding Mao Feng
"Fluffy peaks of the Meng Ding Mountains" as can be translated the name 'mao feng', popular and used for many teas. It is usually used to emphasize the quality of the leaf used, when the hairy tops - buds and leaves - are abundant.
Dark green, larger, regularly twisted leaf with a strong, sweet aroma. In the cup, it develops in a full, strong taste with slightly fruity, fresh undertones with an aromatic and long-lasting aftertaste.
Yunnan Zao Chun 2021
"Early Spring" - Fresh aromatic green tea from higher parts around Ying Pan Shan (1100 m above sea level) from the early harvest. Nice even leaf with a higher proportion of silvery hairy tips. This year processed from finer younger leaves with more tips thanks to a very early harvest.
Leaf fresh aroma with a hint of fruit, infusion of sparkling yellow-green color of fresh delicate fruit taste with a typical hint of chestnut flowers. Aftertaste in other infusions is pleasantly sweet and the fruity taste stands out.
Holly (Ku ding)
Big-leaf holly (ku ding) is one of many holly trees (Paraguay, sharp-leaved, serrated, canary, precise, round, Altacraren, blue). It is an evergreen tree with a height of 20m. The leaves are green and uneven. The fruit is red and spherical. It has an anti-inflammatory, calming liver. It lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
Bamboo leaf (zhu ye)
Bamboo leaves from Lao Shan in Shandong Province. In Chinese medicine, it is traditionally used against fever and heat, it also has an anti-inflammatory and beneficial effect on the kidneys, it is diuretic, removes mucus and has a relaxing effect on veins. Overall, it cleanses the airways, refreshes and quenches thirst, so it is very suitable for drinking during the summer and hot days.
