The colour of the infusion is yellowish-amber, the aroma is floral and delicate, reminiscent of the scent of peony. The taste is smooth as silk and at the same time full and round. Aftertaste is very long, pleasantly sweet.
This year, thanks to a slightly different processing, which is growing in popularity, we can find a note known from aged white teas in the taste.

Fu Ding Matcha

It first appeared around 1796. Young, richly hairy and large strong tips of the tea tree of the Fu Ding Da Bai Cha cultivar are used to produce this tea. Harvesting takes place only during a very short period in spring, and only in nice weather.
The real Bai Hao Yin Zhen has all four valuables of Chinese tea really wonderful. Undeveloped buds of the same size, hairy like a willow. The scent of dry leaf has sweet tones of flower pollen, the freshness of the mountain wind and the sweetness of morning dew. The infusion is almond yellow to orange. The taste is clean, sweet, light and tender, with a thin spring energy.
Shou Mei 2013 40g
Shou Mei, also known in the Czech Republic as 'Eyebrows of Long Age'.
This is a basic grade of white tea, but we have left it to mature in our warehouse for 10 years. The leaves are richly downy, with a few thick tips here and there. Now after such a long time in storage they are more brown than usual. The infusion has also darkened - it is a deep orange-yellowish colour with a typical 'medicinal' aroma and taste, a heavier spicy herbaceousness and a light fruitiness. The aftertaste is very distinctly sweet and lasts and lasts.

Bai Xue Long
"White Snow Dragon" - a beautifully processed white tea with an intensely sweet herbal aroma. The yellowish, sparkling infusion smells complexly of fruit and herbs. The taste is strong, sweet, without a trace of astringency.
It is one of the few newly produced white teas, which thanks to its high quality soon gained popularity not only in China but also in other countries.
