"Early Spring" - Fresh aromatic green tea from higher parts around Ying Pan Shan (1100 m above sea level) from the early harvest. Nice even leaf with a higher proportion of silvery hairy tips. This year processed from finer younger leaves with more tips thanks to a very early harvest. Leaf fresh aroma with a hint of fruit, infusion of sparkling yellow-green color of fresh delicate fruit taste with a typical hint of chestnut flowers. Aftertaste in other infusions is pleasantly sweet and the fruity taste stands out.
